I found an archery range not long after I arrived.

They'll let you borrow a uniform and equipment, but it's best to buy your own if you're intending to practice regularly.

I'll use theirs first until I'm able to get a feel for the equipment and judge what I want out of my own, but I can purchase my own uniform.
